The Roger Christian Entertainment Group (RCEG) is a forward-thinking musician and label services company. By focusing on artist development, distribution, utilizing innovative marketing techniques, and providing educational and promotional resources RCEG aims to guide its artists and affiliates to their highest potential. We believe in empowering and equipping artists for long, productive careers in music.

CEO Roger Christian founded RCEG in late 2006. After 27 years of working within the industry for such heavy hitters as the Universal Music Group, MCA, Sony Music, and CBS Records, Christian has branched off and invested his talents in an artist-oriented company better prepared to survive in today’s “new” music industry.

More and more, record labels are outsourcing their projects to independent artist service companies, promoters, and distributors. Each aspect of record-making has become highly specialized, and most record labels can no longer afford to keep in-house departments capable of making the same impact these new, specialized companies can.
